Description of the type of structure being proposed and the location for the structure is required.
The amount of the construction fee to be paid upon approval of a permit is set by resolution of the Council.
The permit process is not immediate and will require approval by the City Council before any construction begins. A fine of the maximum amount allowed under state statutes may be assessed against the property owner(s) if construction is found to be in violation of the provisions of City Ordinances, including construction started without a Council issued permit.
PROTECTIVE COVENANTS in the Paganica Plaza subdivision. These Covenants may be more restrictive than City ordinances and codes. In any case, the most restrictive regulations shall apply and be subject to enforcement and penalties as provided by City and State laws. A City issued permit should be the first step in getting approval for building in any subdivision.
