Governing Body
The City of The Highlands is a Mayor-Council governing body and consists of the Mayor and five Council persons.
The term of office for Mayor is two years. Term of office for council members will be for four years per Charter Ordinance No. 07.
Council Meetings are held the second and fourth Monday of each Month at 6:00 P.M. (unless otherwise designated) at the Crazy Horse Sports Club, "The Bunker" (upstairs), 922 W. Crazy Horse Drive, Hutchinson, KS.
