The generosity of residents is appreciated and should be compensated in some manner. By turning in receipts or estimated costs to the City Council, you may be reimbursed for actual expenses. If you do not wish reimbursement, the City still needs to know an approximate cost of time and equipment in order to determine future needs and prepare a budget.
